Welcome to the International Health Opportunities Database! To find an international health opportunity that fits your budget, timeline and skills, begin by clicking on "Search Opportunities" in the left hand toolbar. You can search the database by type of opportunity (job, internship, volunteer, or rotation), type of program (public health, research, clinical, etc.) season, country, cost, and a variety of other factors. Description, contact information, reviews, and more are provided for each opportunity.
This database is meant to be a comprehensive list of international health opportunities for students and recent graduates. It is compiled of opportunities we have found on the internet and have heard about by word-of-mouth. If you know of an opportunity that we do not have listed, please email us at: SGH@uchsc.edu. We will send you a form to fill out and will enter your responses into the database. We welcome opportunities for any region of the world, as long as they give students and recent graduates a chance to travel and use their new skills to help others. We also welcome reviews of these opportunities, if you have already participated in one that we have listed.
